Home and Holiday Superstore to Open in 96,446-Square-Foot Space in Summer 2021

(June 23, 2021) – Heritage Partners, a national full-service real estate development firm with a strong focus in the Mid-Atlantic markets, today announced the lease of the entire former JC Penney site at Woodmore Towne Centre in Glenarden, Maryland to At Home, a retail chain specializing in home decor products based in Plano, Texas.

At Home will fully occupy the 96,446-square-foot space, initially taking possession early 2021 and opening in this summer.
