The Children’s National Medical Center, Regional Outpatient Facility serves as a hub, consolidating and providing world-class pediatric care for the community within a modern three-story office building with ample parking and attractive landscaping.
Services include Orthopedics, Urgent Care, Laboratory, Phlebotomy, Infusion and Sleep Center, Pharmacy, Multi-Specialty Physicians Practices, PT/OT, Diagnostic Imaging Center, Ambulatory Surgery, and related administrative and support services.
Heritage Partners acted as developer and construction manager for this 60,000 square foot building, which was sold to Children’s upon completion.
Located at the interchange of I-495 and Landover Road, Rte. 202, in Prince George’s County.
The Center is adjacent to Woodmore Towne Centre and is less than 1.5 miles from Woodmore Commons.
