Overview
Golden Ring Mall was a two-level regional mall with Hecht’s and Wards. Demolition of these structures and redevelopment of the site now includes a 157,500 SF Walmart, 131,500 SF Sam’s Club, 138,000 SF Home Depot, McDonald’s, and Panda Express.
Phase II of this project, the redeveloped former Wards building (110,000 SF), is completed at the Baltimore Beltway and Routes 40 and 7. Tenants include Chipotle, Quickway Hibachi, Tropical Smoothie, Panera Bread, DQ’s Grill & Chill, West Marine, Office Depot, Petco, Five Below, Sprint, GameStop, Sally Beauty, and Mattress Warehouse.

The Centre at Golden Ring is located on the Baltimore Beltway between two full interchanges, Route 40 (Pulaski Highway) and Rt. 7 (Philadelphia Road).
